[vc_column_text] Hello, I’m Allison! I am an experienced, reliable massage therapist. In my time as a therapist I’ve worked in a variety of settings; from luxury spas to athletic training rooms. My massages range from relaxing light pressure meant to relieve the stress of a busy week and the deep pressure required to keep top athletes ready for game day.

My specialty is deep tissue massage. In addition to my time here I am also working with the University of Louisville where I help keep the Cards ready to play ball. I’ve also worked with professional basketball and football players. As a former college athlete I am very familiar with the toll that competitive sports take on your body, and am well-versed in the specific type of therapy and healing it takes to keep the muscles working strong.

I’m also certified in prenatal massage, hot stone, and cupping. Whether you’re a star athlete, an expectant mom, someone carrying life’s many stresses, or just feel like it’s time to treat yourself… you can count on me to deliver a complete, revitalizing session.
